Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, refined sugar-free treat.

One or two avocados
Half can of organic coconut cream
Tbsp of maca powder
1/2 cup of raw cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Tbsp of vanilla bean paste
Tbsp of molasses

Blend. Eat as is or cool in fridge for a thicker pudding consistency.

Seriously it’s that easy to get maca, cacao and avo – all certified superfoods – into your diet in a fun and tasty way.

Avo is full of healthy fats to boost brain power. It is creamy and tasty and super good. But you can’t taste it in this pudding!
