clean almond and goji chocolate bark

Simple and swift chocolate snack. 3 minutes to make, forty minutes to set – no cooking required! Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free chocolate – yes I’m serious.

4 tbsp of melted coconut oil
3 tbsp of raw cacao
1 tbsp molasses or maple syrup
Quarter cup of crushed almonds (soaked the night before)
1/2 cup of goji berries
1/4 cup of any type of coconut you’d like!

Mix all the ingredients together, pour thinly onto baking paper, sprinkle some norbu natural sweetener on top and pop into the fridge for thirty minutes to set. Dip your finger in the bowl while it is liquid to test if the sweetness is to your liking…if not add some more molasses. I would rather you served a sweeter chocolate to the novice healthy people around you in order to get them hooked into the lifestyle! As their tastebuds adjust (and thank the shit out of them!) you can lower the sweetness :)
