A whole roast chook
Chicken bone broth
Three stalks of fresh oregano and the leaves, broken up
Three fresh sage leaves, torn into small pieces
Four fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
Three pak choys, chopped
Four choy sums, chopped
A few leaves of butter lettuce, torn up
A few leaves of oak leaf lettuce, torn up
Half a large organic zucchini, chopped
A cup of chopped kelp noodles
Make chicken bone broth and roast chicken (recipe here).
Boil a bag of organic chopped carrots in the bone broth on the stove (8-10 medium sized carrots).
Serve with whipped coconut cream if desired.
Store in glass jars in the fridge or freezer. You don’t want the chemicals from plastic leeching into your healthful soup!
